A forest of "Little EC Trees" sprouting up all of the city, to create a virtual forest with all the smells and aromas of the real deal!

Here is a rough of the EC_Trees installation for the new Lakewood Public Library, designed by Robert A. M. Stern. The neo-gothic structure would be perfect for a Foster installation of EC_Trees.

When Frank found out the library only had a $500,000 budget for art, Frank told the media. "We can scale it way back. Instead of the forest, we can make it a small grove. One thing artists like Christo, Oldenberg and I share is that rare ability to scale back our grande visions for the patron's pocket book and budget. After all, what good is art of the rich cannot afford it."
